1. Who provides MoneyMap

2. What the service is
MoneyMap is an educational household financial-planning tool. It applies published, deterministic rules to the facts and assumptions you enter, then explains possible exposures and actions to investigate. It does not provide regulated investment, insurance, tax, legal, medical or credit advice; recommend a named financial product; execute transactions; or replace a qualified professional who understands your full circumstances.
Figures such as emergency runway, hospital-cost exposure and life-cover gaps are scenarios, not predictions, quotes or guarantees. Check the displayed facts, assumptions, rule-pack version and local official sources before acting.
3. Account and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you are authorised to use. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for the information entered through your account and for ensuring you have permission before recording facts about another household member.
Do not use MoneyMap to break the law; probe or bypass security; automate abusive traffic; upload malware; impersonate another person; scrape or resell the service; or make decisions about another person's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or another high-impact service.
4. Free and Pro access
The free service includes the first household risk brief, three highest-priority findings, their calculations and assumptions, and one active action. MoneyMap Pro is offered as a single USD $25 purchase with no subscription and no automatic renewal.
“Lifetime access” means access to the Pro features made available for this account for as long as MoneyMap continues to operate the service. It is not a promise that the service will exist forever or for the user's lifetime. We will not convert this purchase into a recurring charge without a separate, explicit purchase.
The checkout shows the final amount, currency conversion or taxes before payment. Checkout and payment-method processing are handled by Dodo Payments. Access is granted only after MoneyMap receives confirmed payment status—not merely because a browser returns from checkout.
5. Refunds and payment problems
If Pro was charged incorrectly, access does not appear, or the delivered features materially differ from their description, contact us with the account email and payment reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund through the payment provider. Any cancellation, refund or consumer rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. A full refund ends the lifetime entitlement; a partial refund does not unless agreed otherwise.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give AppCradle the limited permission needed to host, encrypt, process and display it back to you and to operate the service. The Privacy Notice explains the data flow, optional analytics, export and deletion controls.
7. Country packs and changing information
MoneyMap's generic calculations are available worldwide, but laws, public benefits, healthcare systems, insurance terms, taxes and retirement arrangements differ. A country pack is reviewed only for the scope and date shown. “Global Basics” means local adequacy has not been reviewed. Official information and personal circumstances can change faster than a rule pack, so re-check important conclusions at the source.
8. Availability and changes
We may fix, improve, remove or replace features and rule packs, or suspend the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly violates these terms. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes or service closure where practical.
9. Intellectual property
AppCradle owns MoneyMap's software, design, branding and original explanatory content. Official sources and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. You may use your own exported plan for personal household planning; you may not present MoneyMap itself as your product or copy it for resale.
10. Important limits
MoneyMap is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCradle does not guarantee that every calculation, source, service or result will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular decision. You remain responsible for checking inputs and deciding whether to seek professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCradle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or access to courts that the law where you live gives you.
